Langs de Meursault wijngaard ‘Vireuils’ bevindt zich ‘Les Hautés’, een vrij hoog gelegen perceel met noord-expositie. De druiven worden handgeplukt en fermentatie vindt plaats in barriques met druifeigen gisten. De wijn wordt ongeklaard en ongefilterd gebotteld. Deze Auxey-Duresses heeft een rijk palet met rijp wit fruit, geroosterde amandel en citrus ondersteund door stenige minerale hints, een solide structuur en veel lengte.
Next to Meursault vineyard ‘Vireuils’ we find ‘Les Hautés’, a plot fairly high on the slope with north exposition. All grapes are hand harvested and fermentation occurs in barriques with indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottles unfined and unfiltered. This Auxey-Duresses has a rich palette with ripe white fruits, roasted almonds and citrus, supported by flinty mineral hints, a solid structure and lots of length.
