Gabriele zegt zelf dat deze wijn zijn ‘dagelijkse drinkwijn’ is. De blend bestaat uit 80% Sangiovese, 10% Mammolo en 10% Canaiolo. Deze energieke rood heeft geen houtrijping gehad en biedt veel Sangiovese-expressie met rood fruit en aangename frisheid. Een soepele, ongecompliceerde wijn met veel sappig fruit en licht kruidige hints.
Gabriele himself says this wine is his ‘daily drink wine’. The blend consists of 80% Sangiovese, 10% Mammolo and 10% Canaiolo. This energetic red has not been aged on oak barrels and offers lots of Sangiovese-expression with red fruits and pleasant freshness. A supple, oncomplicated wine with lots of juicy fruit and slightly spicy hints.
