Deze spatzuivere Atlantische Albariño is afkomstig van een 40 jaar oude wijngaard vlakbij de oceaan, in de Val de Salnés. De druiven worden met de hand geplukt en er wordt geoogst wanneer de druiven hun optimale rijpheid hebben bereikt. Er wordt zo natuurlijk mogelijk gewerkt in de wijngaarden en er wordt minimaal sulfiet gebruikt. De wijn rijpt 5 maanden op de lie. Het resulteert in een klassieke oceaan-Albariño met grote aromatische rijkdom en de kenmerkende zilt in de afdronk.
This pure Atlantic Albariño comes from a 40 year old vineyard, very close to the ocean in the Val de Salnés. All grapes are hand picked and harvested at optimal ripeness. Practises are with respect for nature and use of sulfites is limited to the bare minimum. The wine ripens 5 months on its fine lees. This results in a classic ocean-Albariño, with great aromatic richness and the characteristic salinity in the aftertaste.
