Deze rood is krachtig en verfijnd tegelijk. Een blend van Syrah en Mourvèdre, waarbij de Syrah zorgt voor gul fruit en peperige hints en de mourvedre voor een gedegen ruggegraat. Een harmonieuze rood met in de hoofdrol intens zwart fruit, ronde tannines, fraîcheur en in afdronk een uitgesproken Provençaals karakter.
