Blend van biologisch verbouwde Primitivo en Negoramaro afkomstig van geselecteerde wijngaarden rondom Brindisi. De oogst vindt plaats laat September, de wijn vergist op RVS. Dit is Puglia pur sang: Zwoel en rijp fruit wordt ondersteund door specerijen, tabak en chocolade. De structuur is rond en stevig met zachte tannines. De afdronk is lang en elegant.
Blend of organically cultivated Primitivo and Negroamaro from selected vineyard surrounding Brindisi. Harvest occurs late September, the wine ferments on stainless steel. This is Puglia pur sang: Sultry and ripe fruit is supported by spices, tobacco and chocolate. The structure is round and firm with soft tannins. Aftertaste is long and elegant.
