Romain possesses 9 hectare Chardonnay for the production of his white Santenay, divided over the lieu-dits ‘En Foulot’ and ‘Les Bievaux’, merged into one cuvée, that is named ‘Le Bievaux’ since vintage 2019. This is a generous, fullbodied Santenay with mineral hints, pronounced fruit and subtle spiciness.
