De beroemde wijngaarden van DOC Collio bevinden zich tegen de Sloveense grens in het Oosten in een bocht van zonnige heuvels, hellingen en terrassen, met een karakteristieke bodem van lagen kalkrijke zandsteen en mergel. De Collio wijnen van Cormòns worden 6 maanden opgevoed in grote, ovalen houten vaten. Dit is een schoolvoorbeeld Pinot Bianco, met zachte zuren, tonen van rijpe appel, perzik en acacia. Afdronk is lang en fris.
The famous vineyards of DOC Collio are situated next to the Slovenian border on the Eastside in a curve of sunny hills, slopes and terraces, with a characteristic soil of layers limestone-rich sandstone and marl. The Collio wines of Cormòns are aged for 6 months in big, oval-shaped barrels. This is a textbook example Pinot Bianco, with soft acidity, aromas of ripe apple, peach and acacia. Finale is persistent and fresh.
