Amfoor-wijn van over de 100 jaar oude pre-phylloxera wijnstokken Airén, afkomstig van amper een halve hectare kalkrijke grond. Gemaakt volgens biodynamische principes en gevinifieerd zonder interventie, biedt deze wijn kracht en concentratie, gecombineerd met een laag alcoholpercentage. Een unieke wijn met nootachtige aroma's en welhaast tannineuze structuur, maar fris en etherisch in de afdronk. Uitzonderlijke expressie van de massa-druif Airén.
