Totem is de nieuwe cuvée van Alexis Leconte, afkomstig van wijngaarden met een bodem van zand, zandsteen met een laagje klei, die sinds 2016 volledig Biodynamisch worden bewerkt. De alcoholische vergisting geschiedt met druifeigen gisten. De blend bestaat uit 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir en 10% Chardonnay. Dosage bedraagt 6 gram per liter. Deze Champagne is rijk en levendig.
Totem is the new cuvée of Alexis Leconte, from vineyards with a soil of sand, sandstone layered with clay, that are cultivated fully Biodynamic since 2016. The alcoholic fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts. The blend consists of 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. This Champagne is rich and lively.
