Mother Rock is geconcentreerder dan de Force Majeure/ Force Celeste wijnen. Deze natural wit is een blend van Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Grenache Blanc en Semillon. Met 15% skin contact en een kleine 3% Flor-rijping, geeft deze complexe wijn een rijkgeschakeerd waaier aan aroma’s, van wit fruit en florale hints tot noot- en wasachtige tonen. Toch is deze wijn fris en zeer smaakvol met een lange, droge afdronk.
Mother Rock is more concentrated than the Force Majeure/ Force Celeste wines. This natural white is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Semillon. With 15% skin contact and a small 3% aged under flor, this complex wine gives a myriad of aroma’s, from white fruit and floral hints to nutty and waxy tones. Still there is lots of freshness and flavour in this wine, with a long and dry finale.
