Domaine Moniot

Dit familiedomein beslaat 11 appellaties in de gemeenten Aloxe-Corton en Ladoix in het noorden van de Côte de Beaune en Santenay in het zuiden. Het wijnbedrijf is gevestigd in het hart van Santenay. De jonge talentvolle Romain Moniot is reeds vanaf zijn 22^e wijnmaker naast zijn vader, ging na zijn wijnstudie in 2013 direct aan de slag in het domein en heeft onlangs het stokje volledig overgenomen. Op traditionele wijze maakt hij gulle en rijke stijl Bourgognes in authentieke stijl, maar wel met de nodige frisheid en finesse.

This family-estate covers 11 hectares in the villages Aloxe-Corton and Ladoix in the north of the Côtes de Beaune and Santenay in the south. The winery is located in the heart of Santenay. The young and talented Romain Moniot started his winemaking career at the age of 22 next to his father, joined the winemaking team in 2013, immediately after his wine studies and recently took over. In a traditional way he produces generous and rich style Burgundies in authentic style, yet with the necessary freshness and finesse.
